Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, which is a thermostable material. It can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures below 120℃. It is recommended to use temperatures around 70-90℃ to avoid damaging the hair.

Please note that our wig product cannot be dyed. Without hair cuticles, the color cannot be retained for a long time. Additionally, the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

To wear the wig, follow these steps: first, gently comb the hair with a wide tooth comb. Then, put on the wig cap and adjust the inner net buckle. Finally, put on the wig and ensure it is securely in place.

For cleaning and care, detangle the hair using a wide tooth comb. Use cold or warm water and shampoo to soak the wig for 1-3 minutes. Rinse with water and dry with a towel. Gently shake the wig to restore its style, and allow it to dry naturally.

It is normal for all wigs to shed and tangle slightly, especially when worn for the first time. To prevent shedding and tangling, use a wide tooth comb and comb the hair from end to root. Curly wigs are best combed with fingers.

Please note that hairstyles may vary slightly as all wigs are trimmed by hand. You can restyle the wig according to your preference. Additionally, colors may vary slightly due to computer or cell phone monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent colors on all our products.

The wig is 100% brand new and made of high temperature fiber. The new long curly wigs may be slightly tangled when first worn, which is normal.

The wig cap size has a maximum circumference of approximately 20-21 inches/51-53cm, with a normal error of 1-2cm. The size of the wig cap can be adjusted.
