1. Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, also known as "High-temperature resistance fiber", a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened by an electronic hair stick at temperatures below 120 degrees Celsius. The optimal temperature for styling is around 70-90 degrees Celsius. It is important to be cautious of high temperatures as it can cause damage to the hair.

2. Our wig product cannot be dyed due to the lack of hair cuticle to retain color for a long period, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

3. Steps for wearing the wig: a. Gently comb with a specialized comb (excluding curly wigs); b. Secure the wig cap with the buckle; c. Spray wig care solution and style the wig according to your preference.

4. Wig cleaning and care: Straighten out the wig, apply shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse with water, dry with a towel, then allow it to dry naturally. Finally, spray some care solution.

5. All wigs may shed and tangle slightly, especially when worn for the first time, which is normal. Professional metal combs should be used to comb the hair, starting from the ends rather than from top to bottom. This will minimize shedding and tangling. (Tip: Curly wigs are best combed with fingers)

6. All wigs are hand-trimmed, so the hairstyle may vary slightly between batches. You can style the wig based on your preferences. Colors may also vary slightly depending on your personal computer or cell phone monitor settings. We do our best to accurately represent the colors of our products.
